Letter to Immanuel, Reiko and Ariel #265 #47 Legoland and Dec playdates

 Hi Kiddos!

It is Dec! end of the year where we try to recapture memories of the whole year and that means also having 6 weeks of hols!



Mummy brought Ko to see Vivian Teo, her favourite author, who wrote "my friend is a BFF". Second time we are coming for events like these to promote the love for reading!


And during this Christmas, Mummy bought these Advent candles, hoping to create a Christmas tradition..


We also went to the waterpark at the zoo! Not that it was raining inside the shop..


Imm wanted me to take this picture to see how his leg looks like Ariel's leg under the translucent skirt.. yea just like that.. :D


Christmas gathering at Godma Rina and family's place! we had steamboat. Auntie Rina made nice stock with chicken and wolfberries.


Finally can take a pic with Godma and Godpa already!


Imm discovered a new love, chinese chess and he can play with Hu Xin now, who comes over almost daily to our place..


We also had grilled meat at Auntie Meijing's house! It was a nice cosy affair at the balcony..



The cousins could finally gather at Auntie Serene's place! We had nice food, drinks and cake!! It was so full of the Christmas spirit!


Ah bi loving the cake!


Daddy and Mummy made it to midnight mass, we should go together one day kiddos!


A beautiful gift that Auntie Serene got for us.... so sweet right?


And a lovely painting by Imm and Ko as a Christmas gift!


We had a game of soccer at the beach during Boxing Day..



It was such good weather that we hung out at the beach too..


And the last last last highlight was going to Legoland!!


Our favourite game was Ninja Go in which we had to use our arms to shoot.. See how cool Bi was! it was also one of the games that she could play together, she wasn't able to play many of the games cos of her height..


We would do rock climbing while waiting for ninja go game to open..


Bi loves the butterfly!


Yep, the siblings had to love it too!

One of the tired days in which Ariel cried when she couldn't join jie and kor in the game. Cotton candy always saves the day!


Or slurpee too! especially when they are cheap!


On the last day, we also visited the aquarium and we enjoyed this drawing activity the most! After drawing, the animal is able to crawl "out" of your screen into another screen... I think you will know what I mean..


What an awesome hol we had! We had many other playdates that were too many to remember.. it was also a rare holiday that Imm had to do work cos next day he has to sit tight on the PSLE rollercoaster ride!

 Hi Imm, Ko and Ri,

this month celebrates the end of exams and the upcoming of the hols! We already started celebrating it with big packets of tidbits before the hol starts..


We celebrated it with Auntie Vika's birthday! It will be her last birthday with us before she goes back.. sob sob..



We also went for housewarming at Auntie Ja's house. There was a nice praying room in the house. We settled into that corner of the house as the place was crowded then. :)


During that week, Mummy accompanied Ri for her school outing to watch the hare and the tortoise, it was mummy first time on a school outing with her..


We also spent some Ri mi time shopping at NEX. Ri loves to take pics with the anime girls and will request that I take pics of her with them...



Hello Mr Snowman!


She loves grocery shopping and scanning the items..


We also went for a cable car ride!


The highlight was the start of the hols. On the first week, we went for an outing with Auntie Hui Wen and family! It was fun as we stayed at KSL BNB, it was fun with a lot of people staying together.. We had a lot of fun eating Korean food and shopping at KSL..


We went to the dinosaur play area nearby..

Literally playing with mahjong tiles together..


Other fun moments were drawing together..


Visit the nativity scene at Cathedral..


While on a scavenger hunt for slurpees.. we found 1 with slurpee machines after visiting 7 7-11.... gosh!

Mummy also started spring cleaning. Discarding Imm old art pieces while keeping a memory of it in pics... Imm claimed that his art talent started then..


Mummy also took out some old learning games for Bi before discarding them..

Well done kiddos! Mummy and Daddy knows that you have tried your best and is still trying to... although we have to nag at you at times... it is all for the purpose of supporting you... let us continue to enjoy the last month of the year!
