Hi Ko!!

First of all, happy 4 years old!!!! We celebrated your birthday 2 days earlier since we were going to Cape Town. This yr we had a Frozen cake for you since you requested for it. We had a Frozen cake too for your 2 year old birthday when we had a home celebration. Hehe... you also wanted to wear a frozen dress and the hairband that Auntie Dap gave you. Daddy wanted to give you icecubes since you wanted a "frozen" theme... yes this is Daddy with his warp sense... hehehe... cos he will always think that Mummy spends a lot on cakes... hm but I guess birthdays are memorable and impt.... though we still would have to budget. :)

The empty one without the figurines. Looks so nice.. Mummy loves themed cakes..

I also had some customed made activity books for your friends.

And this was yours!

My happy girl! Always ready to smile at the camera!

You were actually looking very serious but would still smile when I asked you to pose. Mummy realised that you are still the shy girl... when Mummy celebrated your 2 year old birthday with you at Cape Town in a class setting, you would also look very serious and quiet.

Enjoying the cake together! Actually Imm just enjoyed eating the "icebergs" = sugar icing.

This time with Daddy!

Giving out the books to your friends.

And soon after the celebration, we flew to CPT that very night! We left on 6.7.17 night which was on 7.7.17 as it was a 1 am flight... before our flight, we played at the playground at the airport... look at how crazy both of you were in the night... :)

Both of you are frequent flyers... I think I kinda remember you "growing up" in the plane cos every 3 months, we would be on a long flight. You were a good flyer as a baby and now at 4 yrs old!

We were all zonked out during the flight and slightly refreshed upon reaching.

Our all too familiar place!

Loving the cooling weather!

We are at our favourite Ostrich Farm. We used to come here pretty frequently. The guy there remembered us and commented that it had been a long time since he saw us. Hehe.

Enjoying our ups and downs (in life?).

All is so serene....

Enjoying our ostrich meal....

And both of you played quieting at the sand, trying to bury the pebbles.... it was just a nice quiet time.... away from the world.... :)

That night, we stayed at the Century City hotel as we wanted to stay somewhere near where we had stayed before..

In the evening, we went to Paddocks! We had always enjoyed the playground there and you said you wanted to sit at the rocking horse again (I had this photo of you in the room which you were on the rocking horse).. so at least you had that wish fulfilled! Daddy and I took turns to shop at SPAR and Woolworths.

What's with the pose? :) And now we have come to the end of our first day!
