Ariel had a fun time playing with Anthony. She loves playing with older brothers and sisters as she can be taken care of :D

We also met up with Auntie Qin and family to celebrate YY's bday. 

First day of sch! Imm always pray to grow taller. Mummy will continue to make lotsa soups and meats for him!

Jan is also Eze's baptism. Just 3 babies for this baptism!

Jan is also Popo's birthday! we surprised her in the room with a nice pandan cake.

Also had dim sum together in the week! 3 generations of women together :D Imm had ACE camp so couldn't get him to join us.

Ko also seems pretty motivated at the start of the year as she aims for an AL 7, hopefully can get into IJ TP!

Ariel is very motivated when it comes to doing sch projects. this project is on ice habitats and her focus was on artic hares. Did it with Ko's help, who is soooo artistic!

Kate invited us for laser quest adventure again and we had lots of fun!

Daddy went for a business trip to Philippines and we all ate at RK eating house. Was a strange day cos Ariel ate curry chicken, Ko ate Murtabak full of chilli sauce. We had blueberrry drink in a tower. Imm ate his favourite noodles while Daddy ate their special. All were happy! :D

Bi is very into making things out of petite blocks. Mummy got a few from JB previously and she took it to make. Practise fine motor skills.. and it looks really nice!

We also went to Ikea for lunch with Uncle Ajie, Auntie Peis and Augustine. Nice catch up!

CNY is here towards the end of Jan. It was our first as a family of 6.

Playing cards with Uncle John. Imm initiated to pray before this meal in front of the kids and adults. Soooo proud of him! He is also the vice chairman of his class this year. But there were certain things we were still chiding him at times for - being influenced by friends easily, skipping CCA at times and flipflopping in his decisions.

We also went to visit gong gong at the nursing home. He looks well and happy. :)

Yay Kiddos! what an eventful Jan. We managed to meet up with a lot of our friends and loved ones. Let us remember to keep these relationships alive through the years. Hope we can continue to strive and be/try to be the best versions of ourselves throughout the year!

Simple joys!

We also grew during the hols. Bi became more independent. She can do her own face painting now when Jie and Mummy is not free... heheee

She also wrote postcards to her friends. She only needed to ask how to spell a few words and could write and draw simple pictures :)

Haircuts are always fun! Look at bi's happy face!

Imm also grew more independently as he learnt how to cook this hols. He cooked simple fried rice and pasta. He also won a cooking competition when competing with Aunt Joan and Darryl, haha! That was because he added oyster sauce, the magic ingredient!

Auntie Joan also taught Imm how to scale a fish and he offered to scale my salmon for mummy so I can bring to work to cook it.

One of the family activities we did was to visit Illumi, the set up with beautiful lights!

Another highlight was going JB and discovering fei fei xie, a crab restaurant!! Ate our fills, especially Imm, who simply loves chilli crab these days!
