Letter to Immanuel, Reiko and Ariel #3, #220 Ko Parents Meet Session, Imm bible camp, David and Darryl playdate
Hi Imm Ko and Ariel!!
Imm:
It is still the school hols and we had a few playdates! Darryl came over to play and both Imm and Ko had a great time together! Eating together is sure fun right? But after a while, Darryl didn't really wanted to play what Imm wanted.
Auntie Joan was also very nice because she cooked a very nice meal for us!!
Yumz!!
Another playdate that Imm had was with his good friend David! David stays nearby so it is really convenient.
haha, the pants looked really huge on Ariel.
And last of all, Imm also went for bible camp, which you enjoyed really much!! You were telling me and daddy that you liked the drama part, which really surprised us! Knowing that you are not "that type". On the last day, we went to see the performance. You were the first to speak. Although it was just simple instructions to parents, Mummy and Daddy were soooo proud of you simply because you are usually quite shy and this was a milestone for you. :)
Ko:
Ooo what is Daddy wearing? A father's day tie made by Ko!! You are always very proud of your artwork and so is me and daddy! :)
And here you are with your colorful umbrella, trying to stop the rain from getting to me... such a sweet girl :) Oh yes, recently there was a Meet parents session with your teacher and teacher Gretel was telling me that you are usually very serious and quiet in school.. haha... Ko is really actually quite a shy girl! I had to keep telling you that it is ok to just be yourself and be talkative like how you are with Mummy but you will just frown at me.
We are also very enthusiastic about rearing caterpillars and butterflies these days... it is like our 5th butterfly, hehe...
Making some chocolate marshmallows over the weekend. You kept asking mummy to bake something and she wanted to use cream. But Mummy doesn't really know how to use whipped cream. So intially wanted to freeze some ice and then dip them into melted chocolate but it didn't work out too. So we shall make do with marshmallows.. also fun right ?:)
And after that we used it as a spread on bread.. it is like putting nutella.. which is much simpler right? but parenting means bonding and spending time together, hehe....
And how is Ariel growing? Very well! :)
