 Hi Kiddos!

This year, we celebrate the year of the dragon, hm, can tell from the picture where is the dragon head?

Steamboat reunion dinner!

Bi is always happy as usual when she gets to dress up! :)

Kiddos helping to peel the hard boil eggs for the mee siam that Ma-ma made, a yearly affair!

2nd day of CNY and Ah bi is busy putting on her make up before going out for another round of visiting.

We forgot to take a pic for the 1st day, so took on the second day instead, happy year of the Dragon! As what our door stickers indicate...

Dinner at Ma-ma's place with all the aunties and uncles - a yearly affair.

We also visited popo's side of the family - Mummy's 4th uncle. It had been a long time since we gathered like this, since everyone would come over to the house at different times.

During the CNY period, we also went over to Uncle TJ and Auntie Serene's place to have steamboat.

We also celebrated Eli's birthday with a jelly cake, since he's a jelly boy...

A random pic with Bi!

And also with Ko!

The highlight of Feb was also for Daddy and Mummy going to Mongolia, when the coldest was -20 + degrees. All these were ice sculptures and everything was so dazzling white that it was harmful for the eyes and it would be good to wear sunglasses.

Mummy's winter clothes were inadequate and had to borrow from a friend.

Inside a yurt! - a circular tent of felt or skins on a collapsible framework, used by nomads in Mongolia, Siberia, and Turkey.

Climbing up Zaisan Hill Memorial, the steps were really slippery!

We were kindly invited to Daddy's work contact - Mr Jagaa's place at Sanzai for dinner. It was a respite from the cold. He has a summer/winter house that was so beautiful! With our tour guide Sodoo, Mr Jagaa's family members and our friends PD and Joy.

One of Mongolia's popular traditional cake, made of layers of fried dough, arranged to form a tower. It's a staple at important celebrations like weddings and Lunar new year. The layers symbolize steps of layers of happiness. Since New Year was recently over, the Jagaa family had this. Most of the desserts were made from yoghurt.

Mummy got to ride a camel. There was so much difficulty climbing up cos of the broad back and my rather big tummy,

We were greeted by a welcome present from Ko when we came back! Finally back to hot and humid Singapore where we could feel our lips and noses again :D And also glad that the kiddos were well despite Daddy and Mummy being away for a few days.

In Feb, we had an extra PH,  and so arranged to go on Bouncing nets at City Square with Eli and Damien,

Overall, Feb was filled with memories with our friends and family. Glad we could gather occasionally and check in with everyone on how they are doing :)
