Letter to Immanuel #99 Family and Love
Hi Imm!!
You seldom want to take pics when we ask you to, so when you asked Daddy to take a pic of you, he would quickly whip out his camera to snap this. This was at Gardens by The Bay. We went there with Aunt Mark and Auntie Pam..... You were just happy looking at the fish. :) Let's look at some of the sights we saw! It was Christmas Wonderland theme then and the lights were so pretty. :)

Daddy came back this week and we could take a family photo again! There was also "snow" and nice music... Mummy and Daddy just wished that it was a little colder!!! It just felt weird for the christmas to be in warm weather, especially so when our last 2 christmases were in Cape Town.... even though it was summer but it is still so cooling. Oh yes, recently you commented to Daddy, "can we buy a new house in Cape Town?" I guess Cape Town will always be in our hearts. We will always feel a little wistful as we remember the times there..... Yet now we shall cherish the moments.. even though Daddy will not be back for Christmas, we managed to spend Christmasy feel of the moments together!
It is so hard to capture a pic of Sophia together.. hahaha...
We took a train ride around the area which costs a freaking $6. Though we enjoyed ourselves, I remembered Daddy being annoyed by the over consumerism and the feel that every penny is squeezed out of you.... probably because he stays overseas and he is very thrifty! I hope you inherit Daddy's frugal nature... Mummy tries my best to inculcate being thrifty but well.. I can only try my best. :)
Well, Daddy has to take a pic of both of you washing hands in the toilet together. That goes into our pocket of valuable memories too. :D
We used our remaining tokens for this. Both you and Ko threw 9 balls which could not get in. Ko looked really disappointed!

Weee! So much fun. Only Daddy can play with both of you like that. :)
We went for a mini picnic after swimming..... there was a fair there and table and chairs were just there... so just nice for us! Home cooked noodles by Auntie Yantin!
