Letter to Reiko #215 Lakeside Gardens, Your first Piano recital, Outing with Sarah and Sophie
Hi Ko!!!We went to the opening of Lakeside Garden that weekend. As usual, you want to take a ballon, which after that, Mummy has to hold for you most of the time when you play. :| haha.. it was rather fun jus walking around and seeing new things, spending time together as a family.
In the beginning, we took buggy into the area first before walking back. You loved sitting on the buggy.
Enjoying your fruit ice in this hot weather. We were trying to look for ice cream but couln't find any. Anyway you got your favourite... fruit!
A photo with your piano teacher - Teacher Jasmine. That weekend you also had your piano recital. It was your first time playing for an audience at Esplanade. Mummy is really proud of you and I am glad you had the chance to be exposed and not be scared.Kudos for being really brave. You would always jump at the chance to play solo during class time too and Mummy is glad you are not afraid of making mistakes. Cos that's how we learn right? :)
With your music classmate Giselle. Both of you look so sweet together.. :)
We had a nice lunch at Old School Delightst after that. We ate and played games together. Simple family time!
The next day, we also had waffles together with Sophie and Sarah!
