Letter to Immanuel #206 More CNY, queuing for Happy Meals and Random Moments
Hi Imm!Part 2 of CNY!! Hehe.. and some previous photos that Mummy didn't manage to put up in our last post.. this was actually for reunion dinner. We had it different this time... and different foods.. this time we had "peng cai", a delicacy during CNY.. but we couldnt really enjoy gd food like abalone and fish maw somehow.. hehe.. not for Mummy Daddy and certainly not for you.. hehe.. still it was nice to sit as a family together and just eat... like how we always do during every CNY!
Yea and our usual custom is to eat at Mama's hse during the second day of CNY. Uncle Greg made the lou hei again.... year of the piggy!!!
He is the one who can say it best.. all the auspicious sayings as he prepares the lou hei.. hehe
The following week, we had steamboat at popo's house. Steamboats are nice and healthy.. you can get to eat your favourite fishballs, fishcake and sliced pork too!
Times at Mama's house when both you and ko will enjoy doing your favourite activity ... :|
Daddy had to go with you on the rides though.. hehe...
But some you can do on your own and love it! :)
Daddy looks tired to go on many rides now.. hehe.. must bring out the child in him more often.. haa!
Oh yes, we came across this advert that we could get a free Happy meal if we order in Chinese! haha.. you were very enthu about it and also eager to order.. hehe.. But unfortunately, the staff was too eager to serve the crowd and didn't bother abt it too strictly..
Queuing up can be kinda exciting!!
