Hi Ko!

My #100 post to you and hope I can continue many more!! Look at your cheeky face! These days you are more mischievous and slightly naughtier.. and also whinier.... mummy had to punish you more these days... hm, guess it is a phase!!! This was you and Kor at our Christmas Party at Mountbatten.

On our way there on the MRT!

Taking turns to sit on each other!

Both you and Kor were very interested in the magician show....

We also decorated the Christmas tree and gingerbread man... though Kor did most of it to show you. :)

And going on stage cos someone wanted to give out Christmas presents to the children...

But I guess the end was the most fun part.... running around and throwing conferri at each other! :D In the end, you got so much stuck in your hair that Mummy spent a long time taking them out....

See you colourful hair?

The similar pic to end this post!

And what we did at home.. Mummy has been teaching you phonics... to no avail... hehehe... someone told me that her son only learnt at 4.5 years. I guess I am thankful that you are doing well in Chinese I think... hehe... recognising many words that Mummy had not time to go through with you regularly...

Letter to Immanuel #100 Your concert and Christmas Party at Mountbatten

Dear Imm,

This is a milestone... my 100th letter to you!! Mummy managed to write almost every week... capturing what we do :) And also I want to say that I was so proud of you when I saw you at the concert.. this was a ticket for your school concert "the shoemaker". I went with Auntie Huiwen as Daddy could not take leave during this time. Nonetheless, he will make sure to come for your K2 concert.. did you know that Mummy was super touched and cried at the concert, just thinking that it would be your turn to graduate..... somehow seeing you growing daily everyday just didn't hit me much until that moment......

And these were the great shots that Auntie Huiwen took of you.... in action! Mummy took mostly videos.. so was super happy to have close up shots of you. :) You didn't know how proud of you I was then.. because 2 yrs ago, you didn't move on the stage at all... :) I waved to you from the stage and you smiled back... you were totally unfazed by being on stage. And you looked so serious as well... it was kinda funny. :)

Photos with your friends Jarius and Nishesh.

During that week, we went to Mountbatten CC to have a baking session... Choo Choo log cake. Mummy didn't know I was not suppose to accompany you... only during that time I knew and I told you. You kept saying that you wanted Mummy. In a way, it sure was not easy for you cos you were just a bit sticky in nature. I had to always preempt you abt something. You cried when I had to go out but was quickly soothed by the teacher and continued to make your log cake. Good Job! To Mummy, you had definitely improved by leaps and bounds in being independent and being confident. I knew where you started from, thus little bits like these makes me swell with pride that my boy was doing great. Mummy will continue to be by your side and hold your hand till one day, you don't need to keep feeling my veins for comfort each time. :P

Tada! How it looked like...

And we also went for a Christmas party at Mountbatten CC... on our way there on the MRT... sitting on each other.

We Loveeeeeee Parties!!

Decorating the cookies!

There was also a magic show!

Which you and Ko were totally engrossed in.

You also decorated a bottle to make a rocket and we had to launch the rocket. Although we didn't get the prize but it was a great attempt!!

And before we go.. you and Ko discovered a game of your own.... confetti throwing at each other! Ko had so much stuck in her hair that Mummy had difficulty taking it out!!! hahaha but could see both of  you had such great fun!!!

Last of all, this was a pic of the girl you loved to play with every week that we go home from Berries... You wouldn't be seeing her again next year as she had to change centre... so is another time of goodbye like it is every year...

Hi Ko!!!

I hope you remember how much you love eating fruits..... and how hungry you get all the time! Mummy always have to bring apple and eggs for you when we go out.... this is you while waiting for Kor at his Taekwando class... hee... polishing up your apple!

Daddy is back during this time, super happy with Daddy around and Mummy is super relaxed too!! Both of you would just kept playing with Daddy. When we go out, both of you want to hold Daddy's hand... Mummy is glad that both of you are still close to Daddy despite him being overseas. Well, we built a good foundation in the first few years. And Daddy is very hands on when it comes to playing... :)

Daddy is such a nice couch to lean on right? And you are so fun to be squeezed... oh yes you would constantly ask Daddy to tickle you too! :D

Water play at Nex... free and easy

Mummy loves this ridiculous face of yours! See? Eating an apple again! Where was this? Gardens By The Bay where we went to see the Christmas Wonderland....

We met up with your godsister Sophia! So tough to catch a photo together... hehe

As you could tell by the blur photos...

Enjoying the night lights!

We played this game but none of the 9 balls went in.. and there was no consolation prize too.. sad...

Is ok! We had a lovely photo with Daddy!

Ok, you aren't in quite the mood to take pics since it was pretty late at that time..

Washing hands with Kor! A bonding session. :)

Enjoying a mini picnic.. we brought our own food cos both of you are always famished after swimming... just happened that there was a fair and there was an empty table with chairs.. well, God provides!

A family gathering at Auntie Serene and Uncle TJ's place!

And you sooooo love the tempura!! :)

Have I put this up before? Hmm, but I must put it up again!! :) Ko, hope you will enjoy this Xmas season. Mummy hopes to do more activities to let you have a memorable time... I hope we can enjoy this season together next year with Daddy. Mummy is so blessed to have you and Kor though with mee... really love the times spent together.. and soon, we are going to celebrate Jesus's bday!!! :)
